2. Services Offered

Medfitcoach Ltd provides the following services:

• Online personal coaching
• Individual or group remote support
• Personal development programs
• Digital content, including videos, guides, exercises, and related resources

All services are provided online only and delivered electronically, by email, through online access, messaging, or via video conferencing.

3. Orders

3.1 Process

The customer selects a service, fills in their information, and completes payment via a secure payment platform such as Stripe.

3.2 Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent by email. The contract is considered concluded upon receipt of payment.

3.3 Refusal of Order

We reserve the right to refuse any order in cases of non-payment, abusive or fraudulent behavior, or clear incompatibility between the service and the customer’s needs.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in GBP (£) or EUR (€) depending on your location or the checkout configuration. VAT is not applicable under applicable small business exemption rules or equivalent UK regulation, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Payments are processed online via a secure platform such as Stripe. We do not store any banking details or full card numbers.

5. Service Delivery

Services are delivered via video call, such as Zoom or Google Meet, according to scheduling, or through online access and email delivery for digital content.

The customer must verify the accuracy of their information before confirming the order. No refunds will be granted in case of input errors that prevent proper delivery of the service.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Personalized Coaching

No right of withdrawal applies once the session has started or the service has been delivered, because personalized coaching is a customized and digital service.

Cancellation with a full refund is possible if requested at least 24 hours before the first session.

Digital Content

No refunds are available after access has been granted, in accordance with applicable UK/EU regulations, because the customer agrees to immediate execution and waives their right of withdrawal.

7. Customer Obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate information, respect booking conditions, not share, distribute, or resell content, and maintain respectful behavior towards the coach.

8. Liability

Medfitcoach Ltd shall not be held liable for misuse of the advice provided, failure to achieve expected results, or any indirect or intangible damages. Coaching is support and guidance, not a guarantee of success.

9. Intellectual Property

All content is protected by copyright law. The customer is granted a personal, non-transferable right of use. Any reproduction, distribution, resale, publication, or sharing without authorization is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may exercise your rights at any time by contacting support@medfitcoach.com.

11. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

For any complaints, contact us at support@medfitcoach.com. We commit to responding within 10 business days.

If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter to a mediator or competent courts.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by UK law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

13. Changes to the Terms

Medfitcoach Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time of the order.

14. No Medical Services

MedFitCoach provides fitness coaching only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clients should consult a healthcare professional before starting any program.

15. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once access to the service has been granted, unless required by applicable law or expressly accepted by Medfitcoach Ltd.

16. Cancellation Policy

For subscription services, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be provided.
