1. Nature of Services

The website medfitcoach.com, operated by Medfitcoach Ltd, provides online personal coaching services, including but not limited to:

  • Individual or group coaching sessions
  • Personal development programs
  • Access to digital content (documents, videos, tools)
  • Remote personalized support

2. No Right of Withdrawal (Personalized Digital Services)

In accordance with applicable UK regulations and Article 16 of the EU Directive 2011/83/EU (as transposed), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where execution has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent;
  • The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (such as videos, eBooks, platform access), where execution has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment of waiver of the right of withdrawal.

Therefore, no automatic refunds are provided for services that have already been delivered or started, including:

  • Coaching sessions already completed or started
  • Digital content already delivered or accessed
  • Activated packages or subscriptions

3. Refund Conditions

Partial or exceptional refunds may be granted at the sole discretion of Medfitcoach Ltd in the following cases:

  • Cancellation before service start: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the first coaching session or before accessing a program, a full refund may be considered.
  • Technical issue or billing error: In case of duplicate payment or clear billing error, a full or partial refund will be issued.
  • Justified dissatisfaction (case-by-case): Any dissatisfaction request must be sent to support@medfitcoach.com with a detailed explanation within 48 hours after the first session. After review, a commercial gesture or credit note may be offered.

4. How to Request a Refund
